HOTEL DEL CORONADO

A special Thanksgiving dinner is served in the Coronet Room and Crown Room at Hotel del Coronado. This top beachfront hotel in San Diego offers a delicious buffet.

This November 25, a traditional Thanksgiving dinner will take place in the Crown Room. Del will host an elegant buffet with all the traditional trimmings.

Thanksgiving week will see the resort’s Season for Holidays season begin. With stunning holiday decorations and thousands of lights, Del will celebrate the return of Skating by the Sea.

Price: $175/adult, $75/children (4-10), Children under 3 get a complimentary price.

PENDRY SAN DIEGO

Provisional is Pendry San Diego’s restaurant market, and Brandon Sloan has created a 3-course prix-fixe menu. For your first course, you can choose Butternut Squash Soup or Chanterelle Mushroom Terrine.

The main course will include Roasted Free Range Turkey, Braised Snake River Farms Short ribs, and Persimmon Mustard Glazed Salmon. For dessert, try Pumpkin Chai Tiramisu or Apple Tarte Tatin.

RANCHO BERNARDO INN

OpenTable allows you to make reservations for Thanksgiving Day dinners at Rancho Bernardo Inn. Parties greater than 8 persons must contact the hotel directly.

A four-course special lunch or dinner menu featuring Thanksgiving favorites with an elevated twist is available at Rancho Bernardo Inn’s flagship restaurant, AVANT. There will be three to four courses available, including Duck Confit and Striped Bass, Winter Squash Lasagna, and Wagyu Strip Loin.

Price: $115/adult, $55/children (12 and under).

VERANDA FIRESIDE LOUNGE & RESTAURANT

Veranda will offer Thanksgiving Day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Veranda will offer both a la carte and traditional turkey specials as dining options.

ARAGON BALLROOM

Rancho Bernardo Inn will host a prix-fixe 4-course menu in their Aragon Ballroom. Enjoy a holiday feast with live music and fine food. Reservations are required for seating times. Highlights of the menu include Roasted Butternut Squash Veloute and Chardonnay–Poached Pear, Wild Mushroom Turkey Roulade, and Pumpkin Cheesecake.

RANCHO VALENCIA RESORT & SPA

Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa takes advantage of its 49 lush acres and large Croquet lawn. It also has serene outdoor spaces that can be used to host family-style Thanksgiving dinners. You can expect crafts for children, pony rides, and live music as well as an excellent Thanksgiving menu.

Thursday, November 25, 11:00 – 4:00 p.m. with live music.

Price: $165/adult, $55 for children 11 years and under.

ESTANCIA LA JOLLA HOTEL AND SPA

Estancia is the place to be if you want to escape and host rather than be hosted this year. A Thanksgiving Day Brunch will be offered by Greenfinch Restaurant at Estancia Spa La Jolla.

You can enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner at Mustangs and Burros, a Baja-inspired restaurant. They are open from 4-10 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Reservations are necessary.

Thursday, November 25, 10 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at Greenfinch; and 4 p.m.-10 p.m. At Mustangs, Burros.

Adults: $85; Children below 5 years old are free. Children above 5 years of age pay the price.

BLEU BOHEME

Bleu Boheme will host a French-inspired Thanksgiving Day dinner. The prix-fixe, three-course menu will be available from 12 noon to 4 p.m.

For starters, the menu will include Pumpkin-Hominy soup, Fresh Beet Salad, and Crab Croquette. Entrees include Diestel Family Ranch turkey, Faroe Island salmon, Beef Short Rib, Shiitake and Oyster Mushroom Ravioli. This exquisite meal will be completed with Creme Brulee, Chocolate Mousse, and Bread Pudding.

Thursday, November 25, 2012, from 12-4 p.m.

$68.98 for adults, and $24.95 for children under 12.

Don’t worry if you don’t want to cook or aren’t ready to go out to eat. San Diego chefs will prepare Thanksgiving meals for you or just pumpkin pies.

CUCINA URBANA + ENOTECA+ SORELLA

You can order a Thanksgiving Feast for 6 or more from the CUCINA restaurant chain. You will receive a selection of mains, sides, and desserts when you order a la carte.

There are three options: Prime Rib, Cider Honey Glazed Maro’s Turkey, or Baked Pumpkin Rigatoni. To ensure that your guests have a memorable dinner, you will be provided with delicious food and heating instructions.

RANCHO VALENCIA FULL MEALS

Rancho Valencia will also offer a complete a la carte menu that can be prepared, cooked, and packaged for you to heat at home. Pre-Orders can be made through the resort’s website and picked up on Wednesday, November 24.

Canapes, starters, soups, turkey, short-rib, and sides are some of the most popular items that can be prepared in an oven and come with heating instructions. Order online before November 18 at 5 p.m.
